The New Workday Community Experience
A fully integrated customer portal providing custom experience based on user roles to drive user efficiency and improved digital customer experience. Supported by Jobs to Be Done framework and extensive data integration across tech stacks, including search, profiles, navigation and more.
The New Workday Community Early Access Program
A comprehensive and iterative feedback program including customers and internal stakeholders helping to shape the launch of the New Community Experience. Incorporating elements of design thinking such as empathy, prototyping and testing to drive constant validation while also supporting change management and enablement efforts.
Dataiku Neurons Virtual Summit
As a result of COVID-19 we opted to create a virtual reality summit for our new amabassador program. Inviting our users to join our Product, UX and Community teams live to share feedback, ask questions and connect with each other. More here on the Dataiku Blog
BlackBerry Support Community Redesign
UI/UX Redesign, integrating multiple support and social media resources for the BlackBerry Support Community Forum which hosted more than 500k members at the time. Resulting in runner up award from vendor, Khoros Community Platform.
