I've worked remotely for nearly 10 years, located in Kitchener-Waterloo with my 2 red-headed littles, my dog Frank Dux and my handsome husband.

My Story

I've always had a keen intuition for what's next and have been an early adopter of technologies for as long as I can remember. Untapped potential excites me. I was an online journalist before it was ubiquitous, a Twitter user in 2008 and yes, my head shots are AI generated. I love to find out what the next great thing will be.

But I also believe strongly in the power of human connection and as a result, brands should focus on building communities that integration fully into the broader customer experience to drive adoption, connection and retention. I often talk of the little c community vs. the big C Community and how the two of them can and should work together to compliment a brands entire ecosystem. By creating a vibrant, thriving digital space to connect with others, become product experts, and grow ongoing loyalty, brands who are able to integrate across the digital customer experience will win in this next era of transformation.
