Kerri Williams
Over my 15 year career in the digital customer engagement space, I've supported multiple global brands in their strategic efforts to create meaningful experiences for their customers. My expertise includes Community Strategy development, workshop facilitation, digital experience and success integration, Change Management and platform migration.
My philosophy of consulting focuses on a shared success model - for all involved - myself, the client and their entire digital ecosystem. If any of these are not working together in a cohesive manner, our ability to deliver will be challenged. I take a hands-on deep dive approach to discovery and data analysis to ensure we're able to collaborate effectively to achieve this shared success.
